These are among many other projects that Adrian has overseen, ranging from commercial and industrial developments to land subdivisions and residential buildings. Adrian’s career in property began in 1984 with the development of a three-story walk-up, six-apartment block in Five Dock, Sydney. He also gained extensive experience working in the family business, Remo Group, for 25 years. During his time there, Remo Group was involved in some of Australia’s largest and most iconic projects as a contractor, including the Australian Parliament House, Hilton Sydney, Westfield shopping centres, Fox Studios, and the new Olympic and showgrounds in Homebush, NSW, among many other significant developments. This experience further honed Adrian’s skills and deepened his understanding of the industry at the highest levels. Over the next five years, Carlo will drive the development of over 10,000 homes across Queensland and New South Wales, aligning with our mission to make homeownership more accessible and affordable for Australians. With Carlo’s leadership, Veritas Estates is positioned as a formidable force in the development sector, delivering innovative solutions to meet the growing demand for affordable housing. His ability to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and with minimal disruption has earned him a stellar reputation.
