Coonarr Beach Resort, Elliot Heads, QLD![]() Client: Owner/Developer Project Value: $85m Eco-tourism Resort & Marina Veritas are working on plans for a stunning 16-hectare beach-front eco-tourism resort and marina south of Bundaberg and north of Hervey Bay. Veritas will be responsible for all facets of the project including excavation, design and construction and environmental surveying and monitoring of the site throughout the construction process. When complete the resort complex will feature 10 distinct accommodation blocks, purposebuilt childcare and health and fitness centres and 30-space marina. In addition 20 freehold blocks will be developed on which approximately 100 residential villas will be constructed. |

George Street, North Strathfield, NSW![]() Client: Veritas & Land Owners Project Value: $140m Residential Apartments The project comprises of a re-zoning of an industrial site to pave the way for a residential complex comprising of 200 luxury residential units with significant basement parking. This architecturally designed building reflects and responds to its surroundings offering the perfect collaboration of privacy and vibrancy in this exciting location. |

West Ryde Village, NSW![]() Client: City of Ryde Project Value: $250m Residential Apartments & Retail Designed by Veritas, the project consisted of a development agreement with the City of Ryde Council comprising of the construction by Builtform of an all purpose Community Centre, new road infrastructure council carpark 140, a retail supermarket which was sold to Coles and a residential tower of 227 units which was sold to TOGA and marketed as ‘Central Square’. The development has breathed new life into West Ryde. |
49 Queens Road, Five Dock, NSW![]() Project Value: $44m Commercial & Retail This project, located in the heart of Five Dock, featured four levels of office and commercial space with basement and on-grade parking for 298 vehicles. Veritas were responsible for design, construction, leasing and sales. |

Adverse ground conditions made for a challenging backdrop but despite this and the site’s busy location the project was completed on schedule and all sold. |

Westfield, Parramatta, NSW![]() Client: Westfield Project Value: $5.48m Brick, Block Laying and Paving Veritas was responsible for all brick and block laying and paving for this prestige retail and commercial $180m site. Unique challenges included the construction of 14 metre high structural walls as part of the site’s cinema complex. |
